Access
ramail is a private-access service. Public account registration is not offered, and access may be limited to accounts that have been specifically provisioned.
Acceptable use
Users must not use ramail to send spam, phishing messages, malware, unlawful threats, fraudulent communications or other content intended to abuse recipients or infrastructure.
Activities that deliberately interfere with the operation or security of ramail or third-party systems are prohibited.
Service availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, upstream failures and other operational issues may occasionally affect service.
Account security
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
Abuse and suspension
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, recipients or external networks from abuse or security threats.

These terms may be updated as the service or its operating requirements change. The version published on this page is the current version.
