Information we process
Operating an email service necessarily involves processing account information, message routing data and technical logs required for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
We aim to keep this processing limited to what is necessary to operate and protect the service.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not build advertising profiles from mailbox activity.
- We do not use mailbox contents for behavioural advertising.
- We do not operate third-party advertising trackers on the public ramail website.
Technical logs
Security and operational logs may contain information such as timestamps, source addresses, authentication events and message-routing metadata. These records may be used to prevent abuse, investigate delivery problems and maintain service integrity.
Email content
Email content may necessarily be processed by mail infrastructure as part of receiving, storing, forwarding or delivering messages. ramail does not claim that ordinary email is end-to-end encrypted by default.
