Mail transport
Encrypted transport is used wherever supported by communicating mail systems. Mail routing is configured using established DNS and email-security standards.
SPF
Sender Policy Framework records help receiving systems determine which infrastructure is authorised to send mail for ramail domains.
DKIM
DomainKeys Identified Mail provides cryptographic message authentication for supported outbound mail flows.
DMARC
Domain-based policy helps reduce unauthorised use of ramail domains and provides reporting signals for mail authentication.
TLS
Transport Layer Security protects supported connections between clients and mail systems, and between cooperating mail servers.
Account access
Accounts are not available through public registration. Provisioning is controlled, reducing the exposed account-creation surface and helping limit abuse.
Users are expected to use strong, unique credentials and to keep access devices appropriately secured.
Responsible reporting
If you believe you have identified a security issue affecting ramail, please use the contact form and select Security issue. Please do not include passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal data.
